Unvaccinated seniors to be allowed for walk-in vaccinations

Starting next week, senior citizens who have not received the COVID-19 vaccine, will be allowed to walk-in at designated centers to take the jab.
Khairy Jamaluddin says state governments will decide on the centers that will offer the jab.
Meanwhile, the Immunisation Program's Coordinating Minister says senior citizens without an appointment can walk into any center in the Klang Valley, to receive the shot.

Cops to call up Opposition MPs involved in Dataran Merdeka protest
Police say they will soon call up all 107 Opposition MPs who gathered at Dataran Merdeka to protest the postponement of the Special Dewan Rakyat Sitting.
The KL police chief says cops were not given any notice regarding the gathering.
The last day of the special sitting, which was supposed to take place today, was postponed as a precaution against COVID-19.

New COVID-19 cases drop to 15k
Malaysia’s number of new COVID-19 infections today dropped to 15,764.
Over 6,000 cases were detected in Selangor, while KL had the second most infections.
Meanwhile, Johor, Sabah, and Kedah reported four-digit cases each
