Foreign travellers could soon be allowed to enter Malaysia.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin says authorities are considering opening our borders, subject to COVID-19 rules.

The National Recovery Council chairman says this includes being fully vaccinated and testing negative for the coronavirus.

He adds that they could be exempted from undergoing quarantine, or have a shortened quarantine time.

KJ hopes for swift actions against anti-vaxx groups

The government wants authorities to act swiftly against groups that reject the COVID-19 vaccine.

Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin says several police reports have been lodged against such groups.

On another note, Khairy says over 5,000 booster shots of the COVID vaccine have already been given, mainly to frontliners.

He says senior citizens will start receiving the third dose soon.

Meanwhile, the Health Ministry reported a drop in new COVID cases, at 7,420 today.

Datin Seri Rosmah gets her passport back

The KL High Court has granted the temporary return of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor's passport.

It's so she can travel to Singapore to be with daughter, who is set to give birth soon.

Rosmah's passport was impounded in 2019, after she was charged for corruption involving a solar panel project.
