Msia-Singapore land border to reopen on Nov 29

Land travel between Malaysia and Singapore will reopen from November 29, but only for long-term pass holders.

This will coincide with the Vaccinated Travel Lane between KLIA and Changi Airport.

Under the VTL agreement, fully-vaccinated travellers will be able to travel between the two countries without having to go through mandatory quarantine.

Do not speculate about the death of a senior official of the Health Ministry.

The Health DG says the investigation into the death is still ongoing.

The late doctor, who died on Wednesday, had completed his Covid-19 booster dose last week.

Another 88 cases of the Delta variant have been detected in the country.

Of the total, 19 were found in Selangor, followed by Perak and Negeri Sembilan.

This brings the total Variant of Concern cases to almost 4,000.
