Astro Radio Makes History!

Astro Radio has made it to the Malaysia Book of Records for having the most radio stations involved in the simultaneous distribution of Bubur Lambuk!

This is after 13 of its Malay, English, Chinese and Tamil radio stations were involved in the ‘Kami Care Drive Thru Bubur Lambuk’ programme, at a mosque in Section 13, Shah Alam yesterday. 

The packets were distributed to some 3,000 Shah Alam residents

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong is reminding Malaysians to be more vigilant so that the 'Allah' socks issue doesn't happen again.  

This, after His Majesty granted an audience to the founder of a local convenience store that's been under fire recently regarding the incident.  

The King also warned the public not to stir up the issue any further.

The government will announce the new salary scheme for civil servants during the 2025 Budget tabling in October.

The Federal Territories Minister adds that the scheme is in its final stages, and will be presented to the Cabinet for further consideration.

This, as part of the government's efforts to improve the disposal income of civil servants in light of the rising cost of living.
