TikTok Working On Anti-Bullying Measures

Tik Tok says it's working on new anti-cyberbullying technology in Malaysia.
The platform adds that although it's already met all regulatory and legal requirements, it's taking extra measures to better protect users.
It told FMT that this also includes enhancing community guidelines.
This comes after a social media influencer was found dead after lodging a police report about being cyberbullied by two individuals on the app.
The two suspects have already been charged in court.

The final report of the Elmina plane crash will be released by August 16th.

She clarified that the National Scam Response Centre only received just over 95 thousand calls from its inception in 2022.
