Norway Bus Crash Update

Wisma Putra has confirmed that only two Malaysians were involved in last week's bus accident in Norway, and not four as previously reported.  

It adds that the duo only suffered minor injuries in the crash.  

58 people, mainly foreign tourists, were on board the bus when it lost control and partially crashed into a lake.

Selangor police believe they have found the body of a 15-year-old girl, who was reported missing two weeks ago.  

The state police chief said this after a body was discovered in Banting recently, and DNA tests are being conducted to confirm its identity.  

He also confirmed the arrest of the girl's boyfriend and two others to assist the investigation.  

The teenager was last seen in Cheras while taking part in Lion Dance rehearsals.

The Jeju Air CEO has vowed to adopt additional safety measures following the recent crash at Muan International Airport that killed 179 passengers and crew. 

It's part of efforts to retore public trust in the airline.  

The CEO also pointed out that pre-flight inspections did NOT highlight any abnormalities with the plane.  

Meanwhile investigators have started examining the plane's black boxes, while authorities have now identified most of the victims.
