Traders have also been warned not to take advantage of the 100-ringgit SARA cash aid by raising the prices of essential goods.
The ministry assured that traders will also be monitored to prevent profiteering.
Meanwhile, the Finance Ministry has clarified that the 100 ringgit will be automatically credited into the MyKad’s of eligible recipients.
This, amid fears that scammers may be looking to take advantage of the situation, by spreading false info that you need to register for the assistance.
