SARA Glitches Resolved

The SARA aid system is now running smoothly, after minor hiccups following its launch last week.
The Prime Minister says all problems have now been fixed, with no more complaints reported over the past few days.
This, as 100 million ringgit in sales was recorded on the seventh day yesterday, taking the total since the SARA rollout to nearly 642 million ringgit nationwide.

The Attorney-General’s Chambers is closely monitoring social media for any content that may be regarded as contempt of court, amid the ongoing Zara Qairina inquest.
It also urged the public not to make premature or speculative comments online, and to let the legal process run its course.
The AG’s Chambers adds that it also has no plans to charge anyone else in connection with the case, until the inquest is completed.

Smoking and the use of vape products remain the leading cause of lung damage among Malaysians.
According to the Health Ministry, air pollution and exposure to workplace chemicals are among the other contributing factors.
On a positive note, the ministry says more than half of the registered smokers from quit smoking clinics nationwide have successfully quit the habit until December last year.
