Astro Audio News Scores Double Award Victory

Astro Audio News journalists have picked up two top prizes at recent media awards.

Muhammad Najib Md Nazri’s piece “RUU Pekerja GiG 2025: Dari Risiko Jalanan ke Payung Jaminan” won first place in the Best Radio Report category at Perkeso's Media Awards Night 2025.

This was followed by Nicholas John winning the Best Radio Broadcast prize at the Housing and Local Government Ministry's (KPKT) Media Excellence Awards 2025 with his piece titled “The Urban Renewal Act – The Debate Over Redeveloping Malaysia”.

Astro Radio News operations head Moganadas Muniandy says the two wins are the result of the entire team’s dedication to producing quality and compelling content that is relevant to listeners.
