Lodge complaints with TTPM if not satisfied with TNB bill

There’s a solution for consumers who’ve experienced an increase in their electricity bill during the movement control order period.
The Consumer Affairs Ministry says if you’re not satisfied you can file your claims at the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia for a fee of only RM5.
Meanwhile, Tenaga Nasional has assured that it is working with the energy and natural resources ministry and Energy Commission to solve the problem of high electricity bills.
Consumers have been discussing and complaining on social media about the high charges.
