PDRM: Do not cycle on highways!

PDRM has once again reminded members of the public not to cycle on highways as this is banned under the Road Transport Act.
If you're caught doing so, you would face a fine of up to RM 2,000.
A video showing a group of cyclists on a highway went viral on social media recently and received mostly negative comments from users.
Police have recorded the statement of a man, who slammed a cat to the ground after it climbed onto his car windshield in Setapak, KL.
He surrendered himself to the authorities.
Weather officials have urged the public to stay away from open spaces and unstable structures during the changing phase of the monsoon season.
It also warned people against touching metal objects and electric cables during thunderstorms.
