New Covid-19 cluster identified in Sabah

Another new Covid-19 cluster has been detected in Sabah!
The Health Ministry says the Udin Cluster is the eighth active clusters in the state.
The first case from this cluster involved a 72-year-old Malaysian woman, who tested positive in a screening for senior citizens at a clinic in Tawau.
This comes as we reported 147 new Covid-19 cases nationwide yesterday, raising the number of active infections to 770.
Malaysia is the winner of the International Medical Travel Journal’s Health and Medical Tourism Destination of the Year award.
The Health Director General took to social media to share the news and thanked frontliners for their hard work.

New Zealand says face masks are no longer mandatory on public transport in most parts of the country as Covid-19 cases continue to drop.
Masks are currently required only in Auckland and on planes.
