11 more COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia

11 more people have died due to COVID-19 raising our death toll to 376.
Meanwhile, Malaysia reported 1,075 new COVID-19 cases today.
The highest number of infections was detected in Selangor with 459 cases, followed by 310 in Sabah, and Johor 78.

Poster claiming EMCO enforced in Peninsula and Sabah is FAKE

Several areas in the Peninsula and Sabah are not set to be placed under an Enhanced MCO.
The National Security Council said this to debunk a fake poster that went viral on social media.
The poster also alleged that the EMCO will be extended until January next year.

Religious authorities to issue ruling for Muslims over COVID-19 vaccine
A decision is expected to be made soon regarding the use of the COVID-19 vaccine for Muslims in the country.
The Minister in the PM’s Department for Religious Affairs says religious authorities will discuss the matter with the Health Ministry as well as the Science, Technology, and Innovation Ministry.
Yesterday, the Kelantan Deputy Menteri Besar urged the government to look into the vaccine to ensure it complies with Islamic law.
