MPN : please review the policy

The National Council of Professors has called for a review of the policy, allowing first class graduates to be exempted from having to repay their PTPTN loans.
MPN says this is because the standard of first class honours is different at all institutions of higher learning.
As such, it suggested for involvement in extracurricular activities to be a criteria for loan exemption as well.
