5 teenagers in Sabah have been remanded for allegedly raping a girl they met on WeChat.

The boys between 13 and 18-years-old invited the girl to go for a walk to an abandoned house last month and assaulted her there.

A police report was lodged a month later, and the boys were nabbed less than 24 hours after that.

The 15-year-old victim had only known her attackers for 3 weeks when the alleged assault took place.
