MRT 3 project initiated ahead of time

The MRT 3 project has been initiated ahead of time, and is currently in the early discussion stage with stakeholders.
The MRT 2 project will only be completed in 2024, but the Transport Ministry says it is right to start working on the 3rd line now, as it will take time.
