Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal has been released from the MACC custody.
He was remanded for 8 days while the MACC investigated a 1.5 billion ringgit graft probe.
Datuk Seri Shafie was the last of 13 individuals who were detained earlier this month for investigation.
Shafie had headed the Rural and Regional Development Ministry from 2009 to 2015, the period corresponding with the investigation.
The probe focused on 70 projects in Sabah between 2009 and 2015.
