MOE: hopes disputes at school can be resolved by a consensus committee.

The Education Ministry hopes disputes at school can be resolved by a consensus committee, rather than by taking the matter to court.

The committee will facilitate discussions between the teacher and parents of the student involved, for a peaceful resolution.

This comes as a primary school teacher in Negeri Sembilan is facing court action, for disciplining a student for truancy and bullying.
