Over in Johor Baru, a hawker was reportedly stabbed for smiling at a man.
The recently released psychiatric patient thought the hawker was mocking him with the smile, and attacked him with a kitchen knife.
The hawker survived with serious injuries while the mentally unstable assailant has been arrested.
