The Sultan of Johor has initiated the Rumah Impain Sultan Ibrahim scheme!

The Sultan of Johor has initiated the Rumah Impain Sultan Ibrahim scheme in conjunction with his 59th Birthday.
The scheme will offer 1,840 homes, including landed bungalows and semi-detached units all priced under 100,000 ringgit.
Each property will be a 3-room, 1,100 square foot building, which would be 3 quarter furnished.
The Sultan says the houses will be opened to all eligible Bangsa Johor with a 1 ringgit deposit for a full loan, but the vetting process will be stringent.
The homes will be built in phases in 3 locations, with the first to begin construction in Bandar Dato' Onn in August.
