Federer named the world's most marketable sports star

Roger Federer is the most marketable sports star in the world, according to new research.
Despite being out of action for 6 months and just returning back to action for the start of the season in Australia, Federer amassed almost 50 million pounds in off-court earnings last year.
NBA star LeBron James is 2nd with more than 44 million ahead of golfer Phil Mickelson.
Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo only ranked 8th.
