2 more arrested over Westminster terror attack

British police have made two significant arrests, in their probe into the terror attack in Westminster, with a total of nine people now in custody.

Britain's top counter-terrorism police officer Mark Rowley says they're also investigating if the attacker, Khalid Masood, acted alone, with authorities also seeking public help to investigate his background.

This, as authorities revised the number of fatalities to five, after one of the injured victims succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, security remains high, with double the number of police officers now patroling the streets of London.
