Police assure security at Malaysia's Parliament building is always high

Police have assured that security at the Parliament building is always high, with the cops constantly on alert for any threat.

The IGP said this, in response to yesterday's terror attack outside the UK's parliament house in London, in which 4 people including the attacker were killed.

Meanwhile, Malaysians in the UK are advised to closely follow the instructions of British authorities.

Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican says they can also keep in touch with Malaysia's High Commission in London.

This, as British police have arrested 7 individuals as part of their probe into the incident.

They also believe the attacker acted alone, and was inspired by international terrorism.

They add that there is no specific information about further threats to the public, and it's now back to business in London.
