Motorcyclist in fatal hit-and-run arrested

Penang police have arrested the motorcyclist, who beat a red light and hit a female pedestrian before fleeing the scene near the Pulau Tikus police station.

The cops, however, have not revealed the suspect's identity. 

The 58-year-old victim died after sustaining serious head injuries in yesterday morning's incident, which was caught on camera.
