Man charged for trying to storm cockpit

A Sri Lankan student has been charged with endangering the safety of an aircraft, after he tried to storm the cockpit of Malaysia Airlines flight MH128 last night.
He has since been remanded in custody, after a short hearing at the Melbourne Magistrates Court.
The 25-year-old is believed to have a history of mental illness, and was released from psychiatric care just hours before the incident on the Melbourne to KL flight.
