Education Ministry taking serious view of report on sexual crime

The Education Ministry is taking a serious view of a recent report stating that 61 percent of sexual crime victims over the past three years, were kids.
Its Deputy Minister says there are probably more cases that go unreported, out of fear or embarrasment.
He's also calling on parents to be more aware about any changes in their children, and to be willing to discuss any problems the kids may be facing.
