School bullies will be given a second chance

Students involved in bullying activities will be given a second chance to continue their studies. 

However, the Education Ministry says these students will have to go to another school. 

It says the second chance is given so that the student has an opportunity to change for the better, and also so they don't get left behind academically.

The Ministry adds that it's also working on defining the different types of bullying and the punishment to be imposed, so that the action against the perpertrators is fair.
