The Sultan of Kedah passed away at the age of 89

The Kedah State Government has confirmed the Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, had passed away at 2.30 pm today

The Kedah ruler made history, when he became Agong for the second time in 2012, after being installed for the first time in 1970.

He passed away at the age of 89.
