Schools faces stern action for failing to report gangsterism

Schools that fail to report gangsterism among their students, face stern action by the Education Ministry. 

Deputy Minister Datuk P Kamalanathan says concealing such cases is a violation of set SOPs, adding that all cases have to be reported to the Ministry and police. 

He was responding to a question in Parliament, on whether there were any gangsterism cases that schools may have attempted to conceal.
