Bush fire in Miri has been contained

A bush fire that has been burning in Miri for the past 24 hours has been contained. 

The Fire and Rescue Dept there says the blaze has affected an area as big as 35 football fields. 

The dept believes the fire could have been started by people conducting open burning.
