Prabakaran can contest in GE14

The Higher Education Ministry has clarified PKR-endorsed candidate, P. Prabakaran can contest in GE14 even though he's still a university student.
It told China Press, the law student is within his rights to run in the election, so long as he does not bring his political activities onto university grounds.
PKR endorsed the 22-year-old for the Batu parliamentary seat, after Tian Chua was disqualified.
