Soon, M'sian renters won't have to worry about being rejected because of their skin colour!
...as the govt is drafting an anti-discrimination law targeting racist landlords!
The Housing and Local Govt Ministry says the Residential Tenancy Act will protect tenants against discrimination based on their ethnicity, when looking for a place to rent.
This comes after a study showed 21 percent of M'sians were discriminated against while trying to rent rooms or homes.
