Jho Low nabbed by the end of the month?

IGP Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador told the Oriental Daily that fugitive billionaire Jho Low will be arrested before the end of the month.

It is believed that Low, the alleged mastermind behind the 1MDB scandal, is residing in China.

He was charged in absentia in Malaysia and in the US for receiving more than 1 billion dollars from 1MDB in 2009 and 2011.

Azmin Ali dismisses sex video

Datuk Seri Azmin Ali has denied allegations by an individual linking him to intimate videos that have gone viral.

The Economic Affairs Minister slammed what he says is gutter politics, that's aimed at tarnishing his image.

He says this incident is the latest in series of attacks against him, which inlcuded threats against him and his family, as well as graft allegations.

The Minister says he has instructed his lawyers to take legal action.

Kuala Koh declared red zone

Police have declared the Orang Asli village in Kuala Koh, Kelantan as a red zone.

This now serves as a ban on entry into the village to all except those who have permission to do so.

Police say the move is for the safety of the Orang Asli villagers, govt officers as well as outsiders.

It was disclosed earlier that 14 Batek villagers had died over the past month.
