Soon, you won't be able to reload your Touch 'n Go cards at any PLUS toll plazas

PLUS is planning to stop the Touch 'n Go reload service at toll plazas nationwide soon, after an earlier trial proved sucessful.
Congestion at its exit lanes in the central region went down by almost 50 percent after the reload service was halted.
The 5 percent of drivers who have insufficient balance in their Touch 'n Go cards have been blamed for the massive jams at toll plazas.

No more highways in PJ
No new highways will be built in Petaling Jaya.
The Petaling Jaya City Council is dead set against such a development, saying it's against the law as it contradicts the PJ Local Plan.
It was responding to a recent news report claiming several mega projects will be revived under Budget 2020.

Govt sets up task force to look into 18-year-olds voting
The implementation of the 18-year-old voting age could start sooner than expected.
The initial date was set for July 1st, 2021, but the government has set up a special task force to look into the matter, as well as automatic voter registration.
The parliament recently agreed for 18-year-olds to be allowed to vote and stand for election by GE15.
