The Malaysian Embassy in China is in the final stage of preparations to bring back all Malaysians in Wuhan!
However, it says their return home could be delayed for a while, due to the complicated situation there.
More than 130 Malaysians and family members are waiting to be repatriated from Wuhan, which is the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak.
Health Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad says all Malaysians arriving from Wuhan will undergo decontamination and a health screening process
He said, "Mereka yang akan dibawa pulang, hanyalah mereka yang didapati sihat. mereka yang didapati bergejala pulak, as i said, saya ulangi, mereka yang didapati bergejala akan dibawa ke fasiliti kesihatan di Wuhan untuk menerima rawatan selanjutnya."
He adds that the Malaysians arriving will not enter through the KLIA terminal building.
Malaysia's total number of coronavirus cases remains at eight, and test resuls on 16 other cases are still pending.
