Malaysia - Singapore to tighten COVID-19 border screenings

Feb 23, 2020

Malaysia and Singapore will discuss stepping up exit screenings at their shared borders, to curb the spread of COVID-19.

The Health Ministry says some 400 thousand people use the Johor-Singapore causeway daily, as this makes screenings a challenge for both governments.

Meanwhile, Malaysia's number of confirmed cases remains at 22.

The number in Singapore currently stands at 89.

The EPF declared a dividend of 5.45 percent for Conventional Savings, and 5 percent for Syariah Savings.

The Conventional Savings dividend rate was the lowest since 2008.

This further cements Sanders's status as the party's front-runner to take on Donald Trump in presidential election in November.
