Don't think you've seen the last of Tun M
Mar 13, 2020
Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is ready to make a comeback.
The former Prime Minister says he wil return if the people still want him, telling the Nikkei Asian Review he's even prepared to run in the next general election.
Political Analyst Dr Oh Ei Sun told us he can actually see this happening:
"He is likely to serve out his term as MP and just like he did before, he will retire but then he will keep an eye on politics. When things are not according to his liking once again, he might even mount another comeback. Never underestimate Dr Mahathir."
In the interview, Tun M said he feels a sense of duty to do something, if he sees any wrongdoing being committed.

No sporadic coronavirus case
There is no sporadic case of Covid-19 in the country.
The Health Director-General clarified, that what was earlier reported to be a sporadic case, had in fact been traced to the religious event at a Sri Petaling mosque, where several attendees tested positive for the coronavirus.
Sporadic cases are those without any links to a cluster or source, which is an indication that the disease has spread into the community.
