More recovered patients today than new COVID-19 cases

More patients recovered from COVID-19 today, compared to the number of new infection cases.
121 patients have been released from hospital, while only 88 new infections were reported.
The total number of new cases now stands at 5,691 with 1,900 or so being active cases.
Meanwhile, our COVID-19 death toll has risen to 96, after one more patient passed away.
Students at university halls allowed to return home during MCO
Starting Monday, university students residing at their campuses during the Movement Control Order, will be allowed to return to their hometowns.
The Defence Minister says this will be done in stages.
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob adds that students must also undergo a COVID-19 screening before travelling.
The Higher Education Ministry will announce more details soon.
No more self-quarantine for Malaysians returning from Singapore
Malaysians returning from Singapore will no longer be allowed to self-quarantine due to a rise in COVID-19 cases in the republic.
This is after the Johor Health Department issued a new SOP, which also includes conducting temperature checks on all citizens upon entering the country.
Those with a fever will immediately be sent to hospital.
