SOCSO says tweet on ending Employee Retention Programme unauthorised

SOCSO has denied a tweet stating it will stop processing Employee Retention Programme applications due to lack of funding.
It says the tweet was made without approval adding that the ERP is still operating and assured all applicants that their submissions for assistance will continue to be processed.
Public transport services back to normal on Monday
The Transport Ministry says all public transport services will resume normal operations on Monday.
However, some guidelines on public transport services will be implemented to facilitate those travelling to work and to enable related companies to operate.
This will include ensuring that social distancing is practised, hand sanitisers are made available and public toilets, seats and frequently touched surfaces are sanitised regularly.
All factors studied before advising govt on CMCO
The Health Ministry says it studied all factors before advising the government on the conditional movement control order or CMCO, which starts on Monday.
Its Director-General says it was a collective decision, and the ministry will continue to advise Putrajaya on the matter.
The Ministry adds that it will step up Covid-19 surveillance when the MCO is relaxed next week.
