Be Careful and Respectful With The Jalur Gemilang

Malaysians have been reminded that the national flag is a symbol of sovereignty and national identity and must never be mocked or misrepresented.
His Majesty, Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia adds that the Jalur Gemilang represents the nation’s struggles, history and spirit of the people, and any mistakes in its portrayal should not be tolerated.
This, following an incident where two local papers published an incomplete illustration of the national flag.
