Zara Qairina's Remains Exhumed

Authorities are currently conducting a post-mortem on Zara Qairina’s remains.
This, after PDRM’s forensic unit successfully exhumed the girl’s body yesterday, to assist investigations into the 13-year-old’s death.
Zara died after reportedly falling from the third floor of her boarding school in Sabah last month, although there have been allegations that she might have been bullied.

The National Unity Ministry wants firm action taken over incidents where the Jalur Gemilang is flown upside down…adding that flying the national flag correctly is every citizen’s responsibility.
This, as police opened investigations into an incident where the flag was flown upside down in Kepala Batas, Penang.
It’s the second such incident in recent weeks, after a similar case was reported at a school in Port Dickson earlier.

The Health Ministry says it remains committed to going ahead with the ban on vaping.
It explained that an expert committee’s recommendation on such a ban will be presented to the Cabinet as soon as it is completed.
The Health Ministry adds that its now no longer a matter of if the vape ban will happen…but when it will be implemented.
