MCMC Cracks Down On Zara Qairina Fake News

Authorities are serious about cracking down on false or inaccurate information regarding the Zara Qairina case.
The MCMC says its already called in an individual to have a statement recorded over false content about the case on social media.
The Commission has also repeated its call for the public to let the authorities investigate the matter, and to not spread misleading content.

In a related development, the lawyer representing Zara Qairina’s family has denied claims that they are seeking public donations to pay their legal fees.

This, as Zara’s body was safely re-buried, after being exhumed for a post-mortem to help authorities determine the 13-year-old’s cause of death.
