Kedah school ordered to close after 4 test positive for Covid-19

A school in Kulim, Kedah has been ordered to close after 3 students and 1 teacher tested positive for Covid-19
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah confirmed that the school had been linked to the Tawar cluster....
"We have closed down the school and then we have actually screened and tested the students and also sanitisation has been done in that location. We have taken all the positive action in connection with the school.I hope that within a week or two we will have managed to contain the infection in that area,” he told a news conference in Putrajaya."
To date, 47 cases have been traced to the Tawar cluster.
However, no district in Kedah has been identified as a red zone.
Sarawak will bear the cost of Covid-19 testing and accommodation under mandatory quarantine for all Sarawakians returning to the state.
Meanwhile, the state government has decided to allow indoor busking, live events and licensed entertainment centres to operate starting tomorrow.
