More recovered COVID-19 patients than new infections

The number of COVID-19 patients released from hospital today has exceeded the number of new infections.
900 patients have recovered, compared to 834 new coronavirus cases.
Meanwhile, the Health Ministry has detected five new clusters nationwide.
Also, the death toll has risen to 251, after two more patients succumbed to COVID-19

Parliament sitting cut short due to COVID-19
Today was the first day of parliament sittings to resume, however it was cut short around lunchtime, as a precaution over COVID-19 fears.
Minister in the PM’s office Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan says several Dewan Negara staff were infected by the coronavirus.
Meanwhile, Senator Ras Adiba Radzi has confirmed that her sibling, who also works as her aide, tested positive for COVID-19, and is receiving treatment in hospital.

EMCO to be enforced at JB Health Ministry Training Institute
An Enhanced MCO is set to be enforced at the Health Ministry's Training Institute in Johor Bahru, due to a rise in COVID-19 cases.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says the order will come into effect from midnight tonight until November 16th.
