Malaysia's COVID-19 tally over 100,000

Malaysia’s total number of COVID-19 cases is now over 100 thousand.
This is after 1,581 new infections were reported today
Selangor recorded the highest tally with 491 cases, followed by 379 in KL.
Meanwhile, the death toll has risen to 446 after two more patients died due to the virus.

Tough action against bosses who fail to get foreign workers tested for COVID-19
Employers who fail to get their foreign workers tested for COVID-19 will face stern action.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says it is to ensure all foreign workers are tested to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus.
He adds that employers must cover the cost of its foreign workers who are being treated for COVID-19 at hospital, as well as those undergoing quarantine.

Fire at Maharajalela Monorail Station suspected due to low tire pressure
Authorities believe low tyre pressure was the cause of the fire that broke out involving two monorail coaches at the Maharajalela station in KL this morning.
Prasarana says one of the tyres burst and caught in flames.
No one was hurt or killed in the incident.
