The Malaysian and Turkish governments have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance bilateral relations in higher education.
Both sides have agreed to give full cooperation and support to educational relations between the institutions of higher education in the two countries.
The MOU also allows the fostering of mobility and exchange of research and academic staff, and expected to facilitate the recognition of universities between the countries.
