9 year old boy who was found wandering alone in Kedah handed over to Social Welfare Department.

A 9-year-old boy who was found wandering alone behind a school in Kedah recently, will be handed over to the Social Welfare Department.

The boy claimed he had been abused and thrown out of the house by his own mother, and was found with scars on his boby.

His mother had admitted to beating the boy for mischief, but no serious injuries were found on him during a medical exam.
