There will be no by-election for the vacant Nenggiri state seat in Kelantan.
The Election Commission says the state Legislative Assembly Speaker did not request for one to be held.
Incumbent Mat Yusoff Abdul Ghani was disqualified from the seat last week after he declared bankruptcy.
