3 men have been arrested in relation to a foreign exchange scam.

This includes the founder, who is a Datuk. 

The trio were reportedly picked up over the past few days in Pahang and Kelantan.

They are accused of conning victims out of about 40 million ringgit.

The police received 114 reports on the company, between last February and last month.
