The DPM will chair a special meeting on Tuesday

A special meeting chaired by the DPM will be held on Tuesday to discuss issues related to the safety of all tahfiz schools in the country.

This, following the recent tragic fire at the religious school in Jalan Keramat Ujung, KL which claimed the lives of 21students and two teachers.

Meanwhile, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has visited the site of the fire, and he was accompanied by the PM and his wife.

His Majesty was there for almost an hour during which he met the governors of the tahfizcentre to express his sympathy over the incident.
